Staying at Atrium hotel was a relaxing and aesthetic experience. Beautiful surroundings, lovely pool area, sea view, spacious rooms, furnished with taste. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and the hotel manager is very attentive to detail. Staff was very polite and helpful!

Save yourself the money and time. Wordt customer service EVER, scammy and cheap practices. Tried to charge us extra sneakily. The breakfast was stale and the buffet was the smallest ever. They even kick you out of your table because it finishes at a certain time even though you are just sipping your coffee. The staff at the reception is rude and uneducated a d the management is the worst.

Atrium hotel is a peaceful oasis on the wonderful island of skiathos. The building is beautiful - with every space thoughtfully used and every view maximised. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff so friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet and Greek BBQ totally delicious. We stayed in a mezzanine room with shared pool with another family. This meant we had a beautiful private space, easy access to the main pool area and pool bar - which is wonderful - and just a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous local beach. Atrium arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel and we then used the super efficient buses to discover all the bays nearby. The water taxi from bus stop 12 and our day on a yacht with Babis from Kallisti sailing were real highlights. The Atrium staff were always on hand with advice and to book for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better 10 days!

Amazing boutique hotel. It has been designed with lots of small blocks of rooms so it feels very private and exclusive. Fantastic staff throughout. Room was huge with the biggest shared pool I've seen. Luckily for us the one other room sharing it didn't use it. The views from the room and pool were amazing. We enjoyed lunches at the bar under shade with great reasonably priced food. The beach was easy to access as was the local supermarket. Bus trips to Skiathos town were easy and cheap. Can't wait to return

I stayed at the atrium hotel with my mum last week and it surpassed all of our expectations! First of all the architecture and layout of the hotel is beautiful, it is modern yet it retains that traditional Greek charm. The views are beautiful from both the bar area and the taverna, this was one of the first things we noticed, just how beautiful the views are. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a sea view and what a stunning view the room had! The hotel was clean and tidy and every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. This is without a doubt the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in and not only would we recommend it to everyone, we would also come back ourselves! There is even a minibus that takes your luggage up and down from the hotel when arriving/departing as the hotel is situated on a steep hill. 100% would recommend!

On the hotel website it states, "It features breathtaking panoramic sea views from all rooms and lounges". This is not true. We were in room 405. Rooms 405 to 412 certainly do not have Breathtaking panoramic sea views. The view from the balconies on these rooms is the back of a block of rooms that have been built immediately in front of them, so blocking the sea views. When we complained to the manager, she was not interested and was in fact quite dismissive. She blamed Jet2's booking system, which she said she had on her computer. When we asked for a copy of it, so that we could take this up with Jet2 she said she couldn't get a print out of it. When we asked her to send it to us via email, so we could take it up with Jet2, she said that wasn't possible either. When we asked if we could at least come around the desk and see it, so that we could take this up with Jet2, she said we were not allowed behind the desk. So from stating that this was all down to Jet2, she would not give us any proof of this, or even let us see proof of it, all of which we fully expected her to say.

Our second trip to this hotel - beloved it so much we had to return. Tried September this time (June previously in 2022) - we had 5 days before Storm Daniel took hold of the island. The resort was badly affected but our hotel was virtually unscathed - the design and features such as a stand by generator ensured we had power, food and running water. The hotel team looks after guests so well - from hot food and drinks in the restaurant through to rooms being cleaned and replenished daily. We felt very protected and cared for and as a result the police curfew was not an issue - what a place to be locked in, no complaints from us at all. Pleased to say the resort and the island recovered very quickly so we could enjoy the end of our holiday in the sun! We've booked to return in June 24 and can't wait to see the team again and enjoy this fabulous hotel! 100% recommend to anyone wanting stunning views, comfort, peace and relaxation with luxury and great architecture/ design thrown in.

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay. Room on 7th floor with fabulous sea view and balcony. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to the beach, other restaurants, supermarkets and local bus. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
